Aight, since I normally use Thunderbird I had to do a little (very little, to be fair) searching before I could fix the problem my local GP had:
She wanted to set up her Outlook Express to be able to send an e-mail to a whole bunch of different people at once, without having to select their addresses one by one from her Addressbook.
Step 1: Enter all your contacts into your addressbook.
Step 2: Create a group and manually add all the contacts to it.
Step 3: New E-mail -> Click the "To:" button and select the group you just made.
Et voilà, simple as that.
No screenshots this time, as I don't have Outlook installed on any of my machines :(
